So, I’ve been on a diet, and it’s going great.
I’m doing slim fast, which I used to associate with 40 year old women drinking just as an excuse to eat whatever they want…. But actually it’s great. The shakes aren’t bad, and you get to eat 800 calls of real food. You can also skip a shake if you need more calls. It’s essentially 1200 cals and I’ve lost 7 lbs as of this morning.
That’s about the only update….
